Terms and Conditions

• Citrus fruit size availablitlity may vary according to seasonal growing conditions.  The Orange Barn reserves the right to substitute a similar size of fruit into your order should the listed citrus fruit size become unavailable.
• Once an online order is placed, items cannot be added to that order or removed from it.
• Cancellation and Refund Policy - Any cancelled orders will be refunded less a 15% restocking fee.
• Once an order is paid, you can not change your scheduled pick-up timeslot.  In the event of an emergency, please contact The Orange Barn.  Any change to a scheduled pick-up time slot will be made at the discretion of The Orange Barn.

If you are unable to pick up your fruit during your selected time slot due to inclement weather causing road closures and/ or unsafe driving conditions, please contact us via email as soon as possible, and a rescheduled pick up time will be provided to you by The Orange Barn.
